Well I tried doing a workout and it just... didn't workout. I was planning on doing a race with Lucas in Illinois, but I'm honestly burnt out. I've done too much speed work and my body and mind just aren't doing it anymore. Likely this will be my last run for a week to 10 days. Then XC training will begin.

Oh and the workout was 8x400 with 1 min rest. I only got through half before I just couldn't do it anymore. I was between 66 and 68 which was good, but I was dying at 4 and couldn't finish number 5. So it wasn't good.
