Comments:
9miles, followed Kristen's log...she kept our splits, I kept the mile times....

I want this to be a pretty steady pace if possible...

Let's do the first 4 miles easier with only a 3 min run / 30 sec. walk
For the 2nd 4 miles, I really want to pick up pace.
Shooting for 6 min. Runs and 1 min. Walk!!

Been awhile since a long run but u can do this!!!
