Comments:
Ran to the track from devil dog. Figured I'd just do a few easy strides but I felt really good and so did my knee so I decided on some 2's, cranking up the speed as I went except for the last one which I ran a little more gently to get some more bloodflow to the legs without crushing them. 200, 600m walk (chatted for a while with a guy named Tim), 200, 400 walk, 200, 200 walk, 200, then cool down back to the gym where I did some seated rows since my back has been sore from not working out.
