5x1000 on the track. 3:11, 3:17, 3:20, 3:21, 3:21. kinda fell back from bobby, drew, and sylvester on the last 3 but at least didn't slow down. really felt like shit the whole time, i still don't think im fully recovered from all ohio cause my legs were toasted right from the beginning.
