Comments:
Ran a total of 49:05 minutes and felt okay. Shin wasn't terrible but still there. I am going to race tomorrow and then get in the pool on both Tuesday and Wednesday because Coach Fio recommended that with ib profen and continued icing. Hopefully the shin will really feel better for Manhattan.
