Comments:
Did 8x200 with Jack, with a 400 afterwards. Our target for the 200s was 38 seconds, and we were consistent, but only really hit it a couple of times, and had a really fast first 200. I'm feeling decently fresh, but not really there yet even though I've been taking it really lightly since Draper. At least this workout was much more in control than usual. I'm getting super excited for Saturday.
