Comments:
Ran 800 and 4*400. Not very happy with the 8. I was seeded last in my heat and ended up being at least 5 seconds behind everyone. I felt like I was running really hard, but still was 6 seconds off my PR. 4*400 was fine, although I always kind of wonder what I'm doing halfway around the track because I'm so bad at sprinting
