Comments:
Missed the run yesterday, oh well. Got out late today but the temperature was not killer. First nine miles were at the right pace, 7:00-7:30. Final three were perfect: 6:08, 6:07, and 6:05. Going to be a good final week of the "training" grind. Ready for the final push and then, taper taper taper.
