Exercise Type: Run

On sat. Or Sunday.
Ok if we can get another quality long run in this week, I'm going to have next weekend be a shorter tempo type one.
So let's shoot for 6 to 8 miles again.
No set pace but I am looking to get some rolling hills in if possible. Want to work some different muscle groups after all of our flat track work. ;)
The whole thing does not have to be hilly, but a few hills here and there would be great!
