Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
If you can come to clinic great,
Otherwise let's run 6 miles as follows:
For each mile: run .75 miles at easy regular pace, Then run .25 miles fast shooting for a significantly faster pace, sub 7 or so.
This is a tough one bc it is long, so please lmk if you get it in and how it feels!!
