3 miles up, 2miles at MP, 1 mile at MP (supposed to be 3 miles straight but I needed the bathroom after 2 miles). Jogged to the BHS track (800 meters) and did 800, 600, 400, 200 in 2:28, 1:50, 69, 32. Cooldown back home
