Midnight Snack Gone Wrong

Comments:
I had to work most of the day, so I saved my run for the night. I ate some pizza about an beforehand and didn't give it enough time to settle, so the run felt rough with stomach cramps. I ran about 5 miles down the beach route. My legs felt good and it was finally cool outside, so I went out hard in 6:20, because i felt like it. However, due to stomach cramps, I slowed down to 6:50s-7:00s for the rest of the way, which isn't bad but I wanted to go a little faster. Oh well, not a big deal, still a solid run.
