Comments:
Last AU workout before DC States. Felt pretty horrible in the heat and my shin was hurting too. Got through it ok, and hit the times that I was trying to hit for each pickup perfectly. The second 400 was the same time as the first even though we started very slow and then got progressively faster at each 100 mark. I was basically sprinting the final straight away. Actually felt nice pacing through like that.
