Not sure if you ran Sunday, but if so, today can be off and you could do this Tuesday if schedule allows..
6 miles easy with pickups the last .1 of each mile..

FYI.. these days I am running at 5:30 a.m., so the 1, 1.5 miles is in dark. cannot go too fast.
Felt pretty good: splits: 10, 9, 8, 8, 8, 7:30
So run your regular pace and when you hit .9, let's really try to get some quick leg turnover and go pretty hard to 1.0miles..
Important to get that heart rate up sometimes even on easy days:)
