This can be done Monday or Tuesday:
I am looking for a total of 3 miles as follows:
Run 8 min just go by how you feel as far as pace
2:00 walk
Run 6 min
90 sec. walk
Run 4 min
1 min walk
Run 2 min
1 min walk
Finish the rest of the 3 miles with a 2 min run / 1 min walk
I know these are not your typical workouts but I really want to ease into things and not aggravate so pleeeeeeeze incorporate the walks!!
Once your body starts to turn a corner, you will get fit fast!!
We've been here before!!
Paces do not have to be crazy fast but I am looking for them to be pretty steady and a bit faster than your regular easy pace.
