Exercise Type: Run

Weather: it's okay i didn't break the car

Comments:
10 minute warmup and then 500s with a 5 minute rest. I only did 2 and felt mostly fine. I'm supposed to run the 1500m at Sectionals, but for the first time (possibly ever?!) I'm not sure I want to run that... or anything else. Before STACs I wasn't certain about continuing, but decided I might as well run. After my race I still felt like I was done competing, so I don't think this is anything impulsive. I'm not sure when the deadline for editing entries is, but if it hasn't passed already then it must be coming up soon. I'll say something tomorrow and if it's not too late I think I've made my decision to drop out. If it is too late then I'll just accept it and try to do my best.
