Comments:
Steeple was canceled due to the rain so we did a 5x800 workout up a hill across and down to a path right above the track. The wind was really strong which made it more difficult. It was a pretty brutal workout, I kept thinking that racing would have been easier. It felt like a cross workout and it was nice to have accomplished it. Overall Loucks was alright even though it was really disappointing not to race. I got really sick on the second half of the bus ride.
