Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
If got long run in, looking for just an easy 3 today.
But big catch.!;)
At end of run, would like you to find a hill, and get a few 25 second hill sprints in with high knees and good form.
Please do this!!!!!!!
Let me know how many you get in and jog down easy for recovery

Ran 2 miles out to SE 24th Terrace from the Y....did 5 hill sprints, except they were little bit longer than 25 sec hills, they are 1/4 mile hill repeats...i didnt keep track on my watch but they were at a good pace...then ran 1 mile back to the Y.
