Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Well I got out a little later than I should have as I was dying early out. I should have started at 7a not 7:45am. I was not going to make it all four miles all out running....BUT I did make 3.5 intervals. The .75 I show as recovery I did more walk and some jog .....just to get my legs moving but to keep from overdoing! It was HOT! Iggys Four on the 4th is going to be BRUTAL!
4 miles as follows:
1 mile easy warm up as you feel
1 mile faster type pace trying not to walk much (anything in 10's would be great)
Finish 2 miles easy as you feel...
Overall, I'm just looking for the 2nd mike to be a harder effort. Everything else can be easy and as you choose to do it;)
