6*1000 on the track. all under 18:45 5K pace. really happy with this workout. last one was super fast .. probably like 3:31. glad that coach combined the groups even though i didn't want her too. helped with everyone there to know I was running to keep it packed up. hip soar in the morning but felt fine running
