Weather: Low 70s, high 60s maybe and humid

Comments:
I ran 5 by myself on Abbot out and back. It felt really easy even though I was going at high 6:50s. Maybe my watch was weird, but hey it felt really nice. It was humid and i ran through a sprinkler. I ate pasta 2 hours before so i didn't feel that. Happy about that and yeah. Good post run long run.
