Comments:
My legs felt pretty good running over but once we got to our third repeat my legs felt really tired cuz the recovery was short. All i could think about up till the 5th one was how we werent gonna go to bend and i think that kinda took away from my workout. Once i kinda accepted the fact, i focused more on my running and cut down on my times. It was a good work out tho and nice to go home and pass out on the couch while i watched an hour of afv.
