Comments:
Felt good. First mile was great. Second part I had severe shin issues and predictably, my pace dropped bigly. Probably the last really nice day for some time. Maybe I'll try some morning runs. This summer I'm going to do the Veteran schedule, but try to minimize my mileage so that my peak summer mileage week isn't above 34 or so.
