Weather: Perfect Warmth!
Comments:
Ideal running conditions besides some mud on the course. Ran two warm-ups, rounded down to 2 miles. Then ran 4.2 miles at a pretty relaxed 7:20 to 7:30 pace. Legs felt strong during warm-ups, but soon, right side of right thigh started to get sore for the fourth time this week. Final distance 2 + 4.2 = 6.2 miles. Time for 4.2 mile run was 30:30.
