Recover 1 min.
Repeat twice for 3 sets
Spin for 1 min hard at resistance 9( if that's to high just jack it down a notch)
Recover 1 min
Repeat 4 times for a total of 5 sets...
Spin easy for an additional 10 min at level 3 or 4
