Holy crap, I did a legit trail run!!!!!!! Even took an amphipod bottle. Body was not ready for this, but I didn't care. I had fun and I need to get ready for Shasta. Was happy that I hit my goal of 2hr30min of training last week and shooting for 3hrs this week. Already halfway there after today! Crazy, I worked "Kilian Butt" heading up to Robie and the stride, the instincts, the awareness is all still there.

Just remembered - I did bump into The Queen as I came down K2 - good to see her :)
