Long Run Saturday morning

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran the first 6 with fleet feet. The first three were slow/relaxed, then Dan and I picked up the pace a bit on the way back (8:30ish).
I stopped at FF and got water, then continued running. I then added on 2.8 more. From fleet feet, down Lincoln to montrose, over to Horner park, down the east side of the park turning around at Irving park and running back up along the east side of the park. Along montrose to Rockwell to Leland to Artesian/home. My legs felt tired, & I felt slight discomfort in my left knee so I had slowed down at the end.
