Weather: Warm, no wind

Comments:
Wore white trainers. My first lap was good, I was hoping to get this one under 20. However, I may of pushed too hard. Maybe it's because I had a way busy week so I didn't run, maybe I pushed too hard in the heat for the first lap, but I was really cramping at the final hill in my loop. I had to stop and pause 6 minutes into the second lap because I was feeling so garbo. Hopefully I can get back into the running groove and bounce back with a better time next time
