Weather: lovely october day

Comments:
Best workout of the season, so far!!! I was on or underpace for all (except couple seconds slow on last 3k). It was like a switch had flipped or something; I had a quick, easy turnover, I was focused. I hope this is a sign of good things to come! Particularly funny considering I felt very tired from lack of sleep before the workout... 1000(4:23), 2000(8:40), 3000(13:23), 1000(4:14), 3000(14:16).
