*went as well as a gym workout can go lol. Bike shorts helped. I think it was around 11-12 miles but it wouldn't let me see distance after the workout
Warm up 10 min easy on bike
Let's do 4x 5 min hard intervals at resistance 7 -10 and trying to keep heart rate over 140.
Recover easy 2 min in between.
Finish 10 min easy for added cardio..
