Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We were supposed to do ladders, 400, 800, 1200, then 800, and a 400. BUT we ran the 400 and the 800 and were D. E. A. D. soo Coach/ Landry decided we should run 10 hills instead of doing the rest. The hills were good because Furman is alllll hills. Then we ran like 2 miles for a cool down.
