Short but intense 3 mile!

Comments:
Warm up .4 mile jog easy
Walk .1 miles
Run .4 miles very fast(11's or faster)
Walk .1 mile

Repeat that 1 mile set twice for a total of 3 miles !!

When I say fast, I know paces depend on hills and everything..but the effort should be intense knowing you have a long walk coming after;)
