Comments:
This workout was the exact opposite of Monday. I felt absolutely terrible. I ran my first mile on pace and then completely fell off. It only ended up being a 4 mile tempo and I just jogged the last mile. I'm not too concerned with this complete disaster b/c the last two weeks are probably just catching up to me. Hopefully Saturday will go better
