No Calf Tightness!

Ran with Sophia again. Just as tiring as last time, but for the first time in a long time, my calves were totally fine! That's probably because I stretched them all morning because I always wake up really stiff and sore. I think I need a new mattress because it's really getting to be a problem. I never felt that during school, but I think that's because I never slept long enough to get tight. Anyway, because of all the stretching my calves were good which is really nice! We got a bit of an unintentional break because a woman stopped for directions and we had to pretend like we knew where she was going to give her "help" her.
