Comments:
Ran again with Sophia. It feels embarassingly pathetic to even call these runs because they'll be warmups in a month, but I have to keep reminding myself that it's only the first week and that it's okay to not feel good after only running 8-12 minutes. Felt very nauseous today, probably because I hadn't had breakfast yet and had just eaten a few crackers. I really don't like morning runs
