Hill Miles

Really needed this workout today if I have any hope of Post-season success. Felt weak on the first 2.5 but the times were better than last time. After I got to the top of the Hill on the last mile and got this surge on the downhill, made up 30 meters on John (being paced by Aaron) but then he went up the final hill and I was dead. Managed my best time on that one. Not sure what my last half mile was but it had to be around 2:45. Did laps between each mile followed by 2 miles with John.
