Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran at 11 pm with Peter White for my first run at camp. Wasn't feeling great last week but now that I've been settled here for a day I decided to run. I did planks and plank leg lifts, pushups, and some other strength. Weird running at night but I think it'll work. It's a little scary on the trails up here in the night and there are definitely bears. Once campers get here I may have to stop running for a few days, but I'm gonna play it by ear and run every night that I can.
