Platelet rich plasma injections didn't work out yesterday... they couldn't draw any blood from me... so I'm rescheduling, hopefully for next Wednesday... not a big deal, because I already decided that I need to take all of October off, and I only need 2 weeks to recover from the injections before I start running again.
On a side note, Google Analytics is a pretty wonderful thing... for the longest time, I was only using it to monitor aggregate traffic on running-log.com, but now I've really gotten into using all of the analytic tools offered... this is interesting... since 6/27/08, people have accessed running-log.com via search terms like "stephen hrinda," "stephen hrinda running log," etc. from the following locations: Cleveland OH and Erie PA (those would be me), Pittsburgh PA, Richmond VA, Allston and Cambridge MA, Arden and Raleigh NC, Victorsville CA, Vienna AT, and London UK. I know what you're thinking... an international audience? I wasn't expecting it either... allow me to pick your jaw up off the floor... haha.
