Comments:
Today I ran 10 miles to Hawk Island and back. I was originally going to go 8 today, but I had 10 on Wednesday's schedule and just wanted to get it over with. I'm increasing to 55 miles this week, so this will be an interesting week.
I felt pretty smooth throughout, though towards the end my legs felt a little heavy, since I was running between 6:30 and 6:35 throughout a lot of it. But the weather felt great and I was happy to get 10 out of the way. I'll definitely miss all those 5 milers from last week lol.
(Also the title of the run is the name of a song that popped during the run and it had some good vibes so yeah).
