Weather: sunny and mid-80s

Comments:
Shitty run. Went mid-afternoon, sunny and mid 80s. I need to make a more conscious effort to start off slower and probably not do longer runs when its so hot out, not in good enough shape yet. Was just so thirsty and tired in the later stages, stopped multiple times. I need to mark down the first few mile markers so I can know my pace and ensure it is sustainable. Didn't think about my hip flexor at all. Took down a few random splits with screenshots:

3.5 miles (water fountain): 7:01.7
4.94 miles: 7:01.7
