Weather: extremely hot
Comments:
Slow first mile, next 5 at 9:30 pace.
I had to gut it out just to finish this run because of the extreme heat, I'm comfortable enough with this pace that I can hold it even in the heat. So next time, when I run in better weather and once I feel warm, I should aim for sub 9:00 pace.
