Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Really didn't want to run when I first got up this morning (heavy legged and raining outside) and just about decided to take the day off. But after a good breakfast and some reading, the sky had cleared and I felt full of energy -- got out there and ended up having a wonderful exploratory run! At the end, sprinted the driveway hill 3x and though it was the smallest bit of speed work, was glad to at least start.
