Tread 5 min moderate pace
Recover easy 1 min.
Sprint 1 min. Fast
Recover easy 1 min.
Do that 8 min. Set 3 times!!!
It may take awhile for heart rate to get up on the moderste pieces but that's ok , just be sure to pace yourself!!
