Morning routines are key

Comments:
Had a great morning run after a solid hour of hanging out and reading articles. Felt pretty fresh given the fact that I didn't run yesterday (got into a bit of a biking-car accident yesterday so wasn't very much in the mood to go face cars again right away).

About half way through, I explored a side path going up the mountain and am psyched to check it out when I have more time -- I think it'll meet up with one of the mountainous roads and could make a fun loop.
