"Time Trial"

Comments:
Becca and I did a mock time trial today so we could get a current Vdot and be able to do Q days at the pace that is right for us. I have to say, I really like the mile as an event. I've never raced a mile before. The closest I've gotten is the mile and a half for tryouts and the 400 during indoor, but I think the mile might be one of my new favorite distances.
