Want to try something different today....bc I'm crazy like that sometimes!
Let's shoot for 4 miles before work if possible with a 2:40 run and only 20 sec. walk pattern.
So you are changing things up way more frequently but obviously the walks are short and just meant for you to catch your breath b4 you go again!!

Lmk how this one feels... it's a changeup!
I have NO idea what that first mile was all about....I flew out of the gate, like I was Pete's Dragon or something.... settled in, 2nd mile was longer than I wanted to have but I understand why since I flew like a hot fire winged breathing mess for mile 1.... lol.
