Pool running:
Warm up with 5 min jog(may feel weird after not doing it in so long)
Pump arms and legs fast and hard for 30 seconds really trying to maintain form.
Tread lightly 1 min.
Do that 30sec. Hard/1 min easy set
5 times.
Next:
Go 20 sec. hard , recover only 40 sec.
Do that 5 times
Finish the workout with 2x 1 full min. Hard
Cooldown 5 min treading easy
