Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Think you have to do this one on own bc can't come to clinic but can do it Thursday or Friday...
You allowed me to change your original request due to having to arrive at work early for Special Event Preparation...
Run slightly fast-faster .75
Run medium pace .25
For 3 miles...
I ran .75 no stop walked a minute, ran .25 no stop walked a minute or less for the entire 3.25
Let's do 3 sets of this for a total of 3 mikes with a couple of 2 min rests in between..
The idea is to try and run as much as possible for each mile but specifically for the middle .5.
This is supposed to be at 10k race pace or faster before finishing the last .25
Easy...
