Comments:
3 x mile, 4:00 rest walking/jogging. Morning workout, tough getting out of bed. Legs felt tired on the way there. It's difficult staying focused for longer reps like this alone. Legs felt tired even after the first one. Hips in particular are tired, not used to the mileage/pace I've been doing the past three days consecutively. Will be taking tomorrow off. Left hip flexor tight as I sit here typing but haven't stretched yet. Wanted to get under 6:00 for last one but stomach didn't feel great after. Happy overall.
