Nice to introduce the old loop to new people. Pace was comfortable and maybe a bit focused up Mass Ave at the end. In addition to doing most of the core work at STA each day this week, I did some lifting at GDS with the 3:30 sprinter practice today. (Over the past week...) Feels good to be getting in more exercise than just running once a day.
